I have spent almost a decade improving the health of my clients in London and the surrounding area.
I am a Level 2 and 3 NASM-certified personal trainer, qualified to give nutritional advice and work as a personal trainer in the USA, UK and European Union. I am also a Level 1 CrossFit instructor, among other certifications.
My mission is to empower you with the tools and confidence to not only achieve your goals, but also create a sustainable lifestyle that makes you feel good.
